Life & Purpose Coaching for Clarity, Confidence, and Alignment
A fulfilling life isn’t built by becoming better at who you’re “supposed” to be. It’s built by understanding who you actually are, and developing the courage to live accordingly.
Who is life coaching for?
Well, anyone! We believe everyone can benefit from coaching — yes, we even have our own coaches!
Perhaps you’re not quite sure what career path is for you, and you feel lost on how to even start.
Maybe you’ve recently felt disconnected from yourself, after years of living according to expectations, responsibilities, roles, or even a definition of success that has expired.
Or, you’re just at any one of the countless crossroads we all come to in life; whether it involves identity, purpose, career, relationships, confidence, or any major life transition.
Regardless of what you’re seeking coaching for, there’s one common result we hope to achieve — alignment.
When the way you live increasingly reflects what you genuinely value, believe, want, and choose…that alignment naturally occurs.

Teens and young adults today have immense pressure on them — and the outside noise can be deafening. Having a coach can not only help with mindset surrounding daily life and pressures, but also facilitate a deeper connection to oneself that is not often taught in school or discussed among peers. This type of coaching can remain versatile and change focus based on the ever-changing needs of younger generations.

Navigating life in general is oftentimes overwhelming. When your brain is wired slightly different than others, it can feel frustrating, isolating, and lead to self doubt. Not only will this type of coaching provide you with support and tools to improve your confidence, but it is facilitated by a neurodivergent coach who will speak your language, and knows personally what it’s like to navigate it. Coaching topics can range from focus, executive function, life-skills support, etc.
ADHD coaching focuses on practical support, strategies, goals, and personal development and is not a substitute for ADHD diagnosis or medical or mental health treatment.

The first and only place that a successful coaching session can start, is with getting to know yourself. It sounds easier that it can truly be sometimes, especially with all the outside influences we encounter. These self discovery systems are tools that can help you learn more about yourself on every level. Regardless of what kind of coaching you begin with, it’s likely that these tools might be brought in somewhere along the way to help you further understand and trust yourself, and what real alignment means for you.
Depending on your interests and coaching goals, self-discovery may include established personality and strengths assessments such as DISC, Myers-Briggs, or CliftonStrengths.
For clients who personally resonate with them, alternative reflective frameworks such as Human Design, astrology, or Gene Keys may also be explored as tools for self-reflection rather than objective assessments.
~A Note About Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, goal setting, and meaningful action. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition.
If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, we encourage you to seek support from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
